Integrated Casting Solutions for Construction Machinery
Construction machinery is our core service sector; our products are widely used in heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, road rollers, motor graders, cranes, forklifts, and concrete machinery. These machines operate in demanding environments—such as mines, infrastructure sites, water conservancy projects, and ports—characterized by heavy loads, dust, and intense shock and vibration. Consequently, their structural components, undercarriage parts, and castings for working devices require exceptional strength, toughness, wear resistance, and weldability.
High-Strength, Tough Materials: Utilization of alloy structural steels such as 42CrMo, 40Cr, 20MnCr5, 45 steel, and S355JR (Q355B). After quenching and tempering, these materials exhibit excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, making them suitable for heavy-load, high-impact operating conditions.
Reliable Internal Quality: Through optimized gating and riser systems and precise heat treatment control, critical load-bearing areas are free from shrinkage porosity and cracks; key components undergo 100% magnetic particle inspection and proportional ultrasonic testing.
Near-Net-Shape Casting Reduces Machining: Silica sol investment castings achieve dimensional accuracy of CT7 and surface roughness of Ra 6.3–12.5, reducing machining allowances by 30%–50% compared to sand castings.
One-Stop Delivery: Integrated services covering casting, normalizing/quenching & tempering, and precision machining (CNC machining centers and CNC lathes). Castings are ready for direct assembly on the production line, streamlining the customer’s supply chain.
Location and Responsiveness Advantages: Strategically located within the Jining construction machinery industrial cluster, we benefit from convenient logistics and can support OEMs with Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery and expedited processing for urgent orders.
The following are examples of typical construction machinery castings (8 items shown); other specifications can be customized based on customer drawings and original equipment models:

- Loader articulated plates, steering knuckles, and wheel hubs (complete sets): Precision casting + CNC machining; ready for direct assembly-line installation; designed for 5-ton class loaders.
- Bulldozer planet carriers and reduction gear housings: Alloy steel construction; UT-certified; designed for high-horsepower bulldozers.
- Forklift steering axle housings and wheel hubs: QT500-7/42CrMo materials; stable mass-production supply.
- Recommended combinations: Bucket teeth, tooth adapters, and pin/retainer sets supplied as a complete package; linkage, cylinder clevises, and equalizer bar/work equipment articulation assemblies delivered as complete sets.
- Mechanical Properties: Hardness and tensile properties of quenched and tempered parts are tested on a batch-by-batch basis; for 42CrMo, quenched and tempered hardness reaches HB 280–320, with a tensile strength of ≥980 MPa.
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Critical load-bearing components (e.g., bucket teeth, connecting rods, steering knuckles) undergo 100% Magnetic Particle Testing (MT); important structural components undergo Ultrasonic Testing (UT) on a sampling basis (per EN 12680/GB/T 7233).
- Dimensional Accuracy: Machined finished parts comply with drawing tolerances; coordinate accuracy for critical hole patterns is ±0.05 mm; full-dimension CMM inspection is performed on the first article.
- Surface Quality: Castings undergo shot blasting; surfaces are free from defects such as sand adhesion, sand inclusions, or cracks; surface roughness (Ra) is 6.3–12.5.
- Traceability: Material heat numbers and heat treatment batch numbers are uniquely linked to specific castings; quality records are retained for at least 5 years; supports second-party audits by OEMs.
Typical Parts & Materials
We select suitable casting materials and manufacturing processes according to component structure, operating conditions, mechanical properties, and machining requirements.
What standards do the pipe fittings comply with?
Production can be carried out according to standards such as ASME B16.11 (socket-weld fittings), ASME B16.3 (threaded fittings), GB/T 12459, GB/T 14383, and MSS SP-83/SP-95; customization based on customer drawings is also available.
What pressure ratings are available for high-pressure fittings?
Socket-weld and threaded fittings can be manufactured to Class 3000 (3000#), Class 6000 (6000#), or even Class 9000 ratings, with wall thicknesses and materials selected in accordance with the relevant standards.
Can you supply threaded fittings and guarantee thread precision?
We serve residential and commercial clients across multiple locations. Contact us to confirm service availability in your area.
Can the fittings undergo anti-corrosion treatment?
Yes. Carbon steel fittings can be treated with black oxide, galvanizing (electro-galvanizing or hot-dip galvanizing), epoxy coating, or anti-corrosion wrapping; stainless steel fittings can undergo pickling and passivation.
